I’ve studied every interview she’s given to bring you Amal Clooney’s diet and workout regimen.

Amal was born in Beirut, Lebanon but grew up in England.

She attended Oxford University and got her law degree from New York University.

The human rights lawyer is an activist on issues affecting women, such as women in war zones, genocide, and more.

I think because of the brave women who have come forward to tell their stories; the future workplace will be safer for my daughter than it was for people of my generation.”

- Amal Clooney, Lawyer

In her career, the lawyer handles high-profile cases such as that of Julian Assange.

She became widely known in 2014, when she married George Clooney. The couple had twins, Alexander and Ella, in 2017.

When not busy with work in LA, the stars spend time in their two homes — the English countryside and George’s Lake Como Italian villa.

I am sure a big part of her popularity is thanks to her looks. Here’s Amal Clooney’s fitness regimen.

Amal Clooney Workout Routine

A person doing weightlifting

One of the world’s top barristers, Amal is an exercise enthusiast. This is what her exercise routine looks like:

Day 1

Weightlifting:

  • Deadlift 4 sets 10 reps
  • Single-arm row 4 sets 10 reps
  • Dumbbell static lunge 4 sets 12 reps
  • Rope slams 4 sets 12 reps
  • Kettlebell 3 sets 10 reps

Amal rests for 30 seconds between each set.

Day 2

On day 2, Clooney switches from weightlifting to pilates exercise. After giving birth, she started doing pilates to shed the baby weight, and it worked great for her.

She does pilates for 30 minutes to improve her flexibility and work out the core muscles.

Day 3

On day 3, Amal is back in the gym. She does:

  • Leg press 2 sets of 15 reps
  • Goblet squat 2 sets of 15 reps
  • Seated cable row 2 sets of 15 reps
  • Dumbbell hammer curl 2 sets of 15 reps

Her goal on day 3 is to rest only 15 seconds between sets. In this way, she takes her fitness and body to the next level.

Day 4

Day 4 is reserved for tennis. Clooneys are huge tennis fans and regularly have their photo taken watching games on tennis competitions.

But, they don't only like to watch. Amal and her husband George also play tennis at least once a week for one hour. It's a great way for them to both stay in shape while deepening their matrimonial bond.

Day 5

According to a Vogue source, George Clooney’s wife ends her weekly exercise plan with a walk.

Walking is a great low-intensity cardio exercise, which can get the heart racing, and it’s easy on the joints. Amal walks at least once a week for an hour, and her husband or mother often joins her.

Diet Plan

Amal shocked the world after appearing in public a couple of months after giving birth to her twins, looking the same as before pregnancy.

She was praised as a life inspiration for other women, and everyone wanted to know how she managed to bounce back so quickly.

According to a magazine source, as her postbaby diet, Amal stuck to Mediterranean food, especially a fish diet where she had a light breakfast, such as a bowl of soup and an egg, while lunch and dinner were centered around fish and vegetables.

Since then, she has added more variety to her daily life.

Here’s everything the barrister eats in a day:

Breakfast

  • Rocket salad
  • Seaweed soup
  • A boiled egg

Lunch

  • Spaghetti
  • Meatballs or fish

Snack

Vegetables or a cracker

Dinner

  • Chicken breast in lemon sauce
  • Turkey meatballs

The barrister values healthy eating. Amal employs a chef who cooks healthy dishes that all Clooneys like. Her twins are especially fans of Indian, Lebanese, and Mediterranean dishes.

She did an interview with Vogue reporter Nathan Heller, where she said that lunch and dinner are more important for her than breakfast and that she and her actor husband support each other in eating healthy food.

Apart from a clean diet, Amal takes supplements to remain healthy:
